TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return apparel and prints within 14 days for store credit or exchange. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

  • Items that are worn or no longer in their original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale items are not returnable for a refund or exchange. For defective or damaged products, or any questions concerning our return policy, please contact us at ethelfaithdalida@gmail.com.


  • Starting in 2026, each fine art piece comes with an official certificate of authenticity.

  • We understand the purchase of fine art is a personal investment, please contact us at ethelfaithdalida@gmail.com for any questions or concerns regarding your piece.

COMMISSIONS

Payment Terms and Revisions

  • A complimentary 15-minute consultation is offered to discuss your commission.

  • Should you wish to proceed, a $150 non-refundable set-up fee is required to develop a proposal (including one revision), which will be credited toward the total commission fee.

  • Upon approval, a 50% deposit is due to begin work, with the remaining 50% payable prior to delivery.

  • Additional changes or revisions to the commission will be quoted prior to commencing the added work.

  • Payments are processed securely through Square.

Delivery

  • Delivery will be arranged accordingly. Shipping and handling fees may apply.

Usage & Rights

  • By commissioning Ethel Dalida Art, you grant permission for the artwork to be displayed in our portfolio, website, and social media.

  • If you would like your commission to remain private, you must request this in writing before work begins.

  • The artist retains all copyright to the artwork. The client may not resell, reproduce, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without prior written agreement.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If a project is cancelled after work has begun, no additional refunds will be issued for work already completed.

  • If the artist is unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be issued based on the stage of work completed.

Agreement

  • By paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
